All of the RV ladders we offer are considered universal style ladders which means they are designed to fit as many standard applications as possible but they aren't test fit on anything specific. I was able to pull up pictures of the ladders installed on the rear of your 1998 Fleetwood Jamboree and it appears to be a very standard setup like what the Stromberg Carlson part # LA-401 you mentioned would fit.
